iSpec LLC needed more than a brochure site — they needed a lead generation system. The site has 20+ pages including a full project portfolio with before/during/after photo documentation, FAQ, warranty policy, pricing transparency page, and a 3-step contact form with HOT/MID/COLD lead scoring.
The PHP contact handler scores each submission across 6 signals and routes leads automatically — HOT leads get a calendar booking prompt, MID leads get a phone call, COLD leads enter an email drip sequence. Emergency inquiries route separately.

A 5-page funnel site targeting people actively researching construction costs in Columbus — before they've chosen a contractor. Each page covers a specific project type (kitchen remodel, bathroom, new construction, distressed property) with real local cost ranges, cost factor tables, and a micro lead capture form.
The 4-field form (name, phone, email, project type) keeps friction low. The PHP handler tags all leads as source: columbusconstructioncost.com so they're tracked separately in the inbox.
Industrial/utilitarian — dark header, Oswald + Source Sans 3, grid texture. Signals "contractor who knows their numbers."
A 4-page remodeling funnel targeting homeowners who've already decided to remodel and are choosing a contractor. Kitchen, bathroom, and whole-home pages each have a hero-integrated lead form — the form is visible above the fold without scrolling on desktop. A timeline field scores leads for urgency.

A 3-page site targeting procurement officers, state agency buyers, and developers with MBE/EDGE diversity spend requirements — a completely different audience from the residential remodeling funnels. The site displays all credentials (MBE #MBE-202509-23880, EDGE #EDGE-221673, SAM/DUNS 045157171), NAICS and UNSPSC codes, and an institutional experience table. Inquiry types map directly to procurement scenarios.
Dark Authority — deep navy, IBM Plex Serif + IBM Plex Sans, gold EDGE accent. Designed to read as a government contractor portal.
